We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or external circumstances such as strikes or weather disruptions. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If you request your order to be left unattended, TZ Food Store will not be liable for any damage, loss, or spoilage, particularly for perishable items.

2. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will offer the nearest available substitute where possible.

3. PAYMENT
We accept major debit/credit cards. Orders will not be processed without successful payment. We reserve the right to recover unpaid balances and associated costs (e.g., legal or collection fees) if payment fails or is reversed.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim to provide quality products and service. However, if items arrive damaged or are missing, please contact us within:

24 hours for fresh and perishable items

14 days for dry/non-perishable items

For perishable items, we may request photographic evidence. Refunds will be issued for damaged/missing items if notified within the relevant timeframes.

You can return non-perishable goods within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds will exclude original delivery charges unless the item was faulty.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure freshness, so cancellations are not always possible. For non-perishable items, cancellations or amendments are allowed before dispatch.
